Whereas Instadiet Information Technology electronically manages and facilitates a group of medical services on behalf of healthcare professionals who provide health advice for diabetics to users by collecting, analyzing, and using user’s personal data and information, whether this data and information are of medical or health type or other personal data, starting from account creation data and logging in to the website or electronic service, or the data that users send about their health condition, the results of examination, patterns of their habits and eating behavior, or by collecting readings of sugar levels from users through CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitor) device, which is attached to a user’s shoulder. Instadiet Information Technology does this based on user’s consent to it, and the consent of the specialized medical team that follows up on the user’s condition pursuant to the medical laws and applicable legal rules of data protection. In the event that you do not agree to this, please do not use the service immediately. Your continued use of the service is an acknowledgment of your agreement and satisfaction with all of the above-mentioned.

This agreement regulates the terms and conditions of service providing the medical service, and this privacy policy. It also regulates what we do with the data and personal information that we collect from you or about you when you access or use our website or any of our applications or any of our electronic services that can be accessed through our various electronic channels or from through the applications of our partners. It also regulates the user’s approval and acceptance of electronically obtaining medical services, without prejudice to users’ rights to obtain the service in a traditional way.
